Trade Zone in commemoration of the 9th anniversary of the development and opening-up of Pudong.

Shanghai International Conference Center Co., Ltd. signed the land use right transfer contract of Plot B6-6-1 in the Lujiazui
Central Financial District. The 14850 sq.m's land will be built into an open green and an underground parking lot with the
capacity of 400 vehicles. The project is the supporting facility of Shanghai International Conferece Center and the Oriental
Pearl TV tower. It will be completed by the end of August this year.
- January 18, the Hanle Garden completed its roof constuction. The developer of the Hanle Garden is Shanghai
Zhangyang Commerce & Construction United Development Company, which is a member company of the Lujiazui Group.
The property covers an area of 10307 sq.m with the construction area of 42895 sq.m. The sales rate exceeds 40% at
present.
