浦东世纪公园规划简介

Pudong Century Park lies at the end of the Century Avenue in Huamu sub-zone of Pudong New Area. It neighbors Pudong Administrative & Cultural Center, Shanghai Science City, and Pudong New Area government office building to the northwest and is adjacent to New Shanghai International Exhibition Center and linked with the inner-ring road to the southeast. Yanggao Road station and Century Park station of No. 2 Metro Line and located separately in the north and south of the Park.

Planned area of Pudong Century Park covers 140.3 hectares, with a total investment of RMB 844 million. The original plan of the Park was completed by Tongji University in 1995, based on which various concept designs were solicited from landscape architects of Japan, France, Germany, U.K., and U.S.A After appraisal by authorities of Municipal Planning, Landscape, Civil engineering, Water Works and Tongji University, the planning scheme submitted by LUC from U.K. was adopter. Further detailed planning and construction design were carried out by a joint team from Shanghai Pudong Land Development (Holding) Corp. and the above-mentioned units.

The master plan of Pudong Century Park shows a modern landscape with Chinese garden characteristics. It reflects a combination of Chinese and western culture as well as an integration of human and nature. Featuring large scale of lawn, forest, lakes, the Park is designed with several scenic spots, including Central Island, meeting Plaza, Folk Village, International Garden, Bird Preservation, Scientific Practice Area, open Performance Platform and Children Amusement Park etc.

The construction of Pudong Century Park manifests the guiding direction of combining economic development with social undertakings. Upon completion of the Park, the green space in Pudong New Area will be expanded by 0.7 square meter per person, and the Park will have the capacity to accommodate 10 million visitors per year with recreational areas of rich natural features. By then, it will become a highlight of the city sight corridor stretching from Lu Jia Zui finance & Trade Zone to Huamu Sub-zone.

　　浦东世纪公园位于浦东花木分区，规划世纪大道的终端。公园西北临浦东行政文化中心、上海科技城、政府办公大楼、东南临新上海国际展览中心与内环线相接；公园南北外别设有地铁2号线世纪公园和杨高路车站。

　　浦东世纪公园规划用地规模140.3公顷，总投资为 8.44亿元人民币。公园规划方案于1995年由同济大学编制。在此基础上先后征集了日、法、德、英、美五国的园林设专家的概念设计方案，经市规划、园林、市政、水利及同济大学等单位领导、专家的评审，采纳了英国LUC的总体规划方案。规划方案的深化工作由上海市浦东土地发展（控股）公司与同济大学园林、市政、水利等设计单位组成的联合设计组进行施工设计。

　　浦东世纪公园的总体规划，体现了中西方文化的融合，人与自然的结合，具有现代特色的中国园林风格。公园将以大面积的草坪、森林、湖泊为主体、园内建有中央湖岛、会晤广场、乡土田园、国际花园、树林草坪等景区，以及鸟类保护、科学体验、露天表演、儿童游乐园等设施。浦东世纪公园的建设．体现了浦东经济开发与社会事业发展相结合，相互促进的指导思想。公园建成后，浦东新区将增加人均绿地面积0.7平方米 每年可为1000万游客提供新型的、富有自然生态特征的游憩场所。公园建成后将成为从陆家嘴金融贸易区到花木分区的城市视觉走廊的一个重要景观。
