Steamed Crabs




INGREDIENTS

4 crabs with ovum, bits of shredded Beijing scallions and coriander's

RECIPE

  1. After cleaning the crabs, steam them in a food steamer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Put the shredded Beijing scallions and coriander's and pour some hot oil on the crabs after taking them out of the food steamer.
  3. Send the crabs to the table together with ginger, sugar and vinegar in a small dish.
