Steamed Pomfret Shaped Like Butterfly




INGREDIENTS

400g pomfret, 50g net-like pig fat, 6 mushroom, Yunnan ham, dried mushrooms, crab ovum, coriander's, salt, gourmet powder, fish gravy, pepper, water chestnut powder, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. After removing the head, tail and bones of the pomfret, slice the meat into pieces 5 cm long and 3 cm wide, then pickle them in the mixture of the salt, gourmet powder, fish gravy, pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll the pomfret slices, crab ovum, shredded dried mushrooms, ham shreds, coriander's in the net-like pig fat, and place it with the mushrooms and broccoli in the shape of a butterfly, then steam them in a food steamer for 20 minutes and take them out.
