Jade Green Soybean Paste
INGREDIENTS
250g green soybeans, sugar
RECIPE
Clean and boil the green soybeans, then peel them and make them into paste. Drain off water with a cloth bag. Saute it with oil and sugar, when it looks jade green and does not stick to the ladle, place it in a dish.
