Braised Chicken With Chinese Tonics




INGREDIENTS

1 hen, 125 g Job's tears, chive shreds, ginger shreds, coriander shreds, vinegar, sesame oil, flour, netmeg powder, amomum fruit powder, cassia bark powder and other traditional Chinese tonics

RECIPE

  1. Kill the hen, remove its intestines, clean it, boil it with Job's tears, then simer them for 3-4 hours with a gentle fire, when they are well-done, take out the hen and remove its bones and shred the meat with hands.
