Fried Beef




INGREDIENTS

400g beef, 50g mushrooms, half a cucumber, a tomato, 100g lettuce, a bit of white sesame, fish gravy, soy, salt, water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. After cleaning the beef, remove the sinews from the beef, then slice it into pieces 1.5 cm thick. Pat the beef slices with a knife, and submerse them in the mixture of soy, salt, fish gravy, water chestnut powder for about three hours. Take them out of the mixture and put them in a dish.
  2. The beef slices are fried by the customer at the dining hall of the restaurant, the doneness is up to the customer. While frying, dust the beef slices with fried white sesame.
  3. Garnish the beef slices with the cucumber, tomato, lettuce and a small dish of black pepper sauce.
