INGREDIENTS
200g straw mushrooms, 1000g wax gourd, 25g dried scallops, salt, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder,
green pepper
RECIPE
- Sculpt the wax gourd into balls, scald them in boiling water, submerse them in the water in which dried
scallops are expanded, put in little salt.
- Scald the straw mushrooms in boiling water, then move them in heated oil in a frying pot, put in delicious
soup, oyster fat, sugar, gourmet powder, then put in straw mushrooms to be braised for a moment, take them
out and place them in a dish, shaping them like grapes.
- Shape the wax gourd balls like another cluster of grapes, steam them in a food steamer for 5 minutes, then
put dried scallop shreds in the soup, make paste with water chestnut powder, pour the paste on the wax balls,
and also pour some thin paste in the straw mushrooms. Finally circle them with peel of wax gourds, green
pepper.
