Songjiang District, where the industrial zone lies, is a city with
ancient civilization, always puts emphasis on education as its tradition is.
Now there are 31 schools, 28 technical institutes, 7 secondary schools and
2 colleges, thus its education level ranks in the front in the whole
country. Ten thousand graduates from colleges, secondary schools and
technical institutes every year and 13,000 technicians with senior and
medium-grade titles, together with those from Shanghai, are provided for
enterprises. What is more, Songjiang has abundant labor resources and
the price is comparatively lower. These priorities on personnel may
