- Phase-3 Collaborative Project:
The total area of Phase-3 project reaches 10.5 square kilometer. So far 4 main highways
and bridges have been built. And a total amount of US$9.64 million has been invested.
We are now looking for partners that are willing to invest 50% of the total amount
(which is expected to be US$12 million) needed to establish Songjiang Industrial Zone
Phase 3 United Development Company. And its registered capital is US$4.82 million. The
duration lasts for 15 years. Upon estimation, the accumulated profit is expected to
reach US$54 million.
- Songjiang Industrial Zone Sewage Project
The total investment for Songjiang Industrial Zone Sewage Project is US$8 million.
Its daily sewage disposal capacity is 20,000 tons. It will occupy a total area of
35,000 square meters. So far we have finished its project approval, feasibility study and
initial design. Now we are looking for partners. As for the method of cooperation, it can
be discussed later. Upon estimation, the annual profit of the project is expected to reach
US$270,000.
- Songjiang Industrial Zone Standard Workshop Construction Project
Songjiang Industrial Zone has built workshops with a total area of
30,000 square meters and has leased 25,000 square meters. The average
annual turnout is US$622,400. Now there is a need for 6,000 square meters.
To satisfy the demand of would-be lessees, we are looking for partners to build
standard workshops with an area of 2,000 square meters. The estimated investment
is US$308,434 and it can be recovered within 3 to 4 years. Starting from the
fifth year, the annual profit can amount to US$90,000.
