It has been fully equipped in the zone, which includes:
Roads:
form a chessboard-like network, all covered with
urban white road surface, which includes 16 main and branch roads
leading to every part of the zone.
Electricity:
abundant supply from East China Electricity Network,
three 35,000V transformer stations exist with a total capacity of 86,300 KVA.
Besides, two other 35,000V transformer stations are being built, and the
total capacity will amount to 240,000KVA by completion.
Telecommunications:
Its Telecommunications Bureau with an exchange
capacity of 20,000, provides services on optical fiber, microwave
communications, ISDN and Internet.
Water:
sufficient supply from the first and second tap water plants
of Songjiang, with a total supplying capacity of 270,000t/day.
Sewage Treatment:
converged in Songjiang Sewage Factory, which can
treat 80,000t/day.
Rain Drainage:
Rains will directly flow into rivers through pipes
and pump stations.
Liquefied gas:
a network leading to every lot has been formed,
with a total supplying capacity of 300,00 cubic meters.
Land leveling:
Buildings and under- or above-ground pipelines will be moved away
by the Managament Committee of Songjiang Industrial
Zone. Uneven land will be smoothed to natural height.
