Magnetic Suspension Trains Will Run at High Speed in Pudong

Importing the magnetic suspension technology from Germany, Shanghai will build one thirty-five-kilometer-long demonstration section of magnetic suspension trains from Pudong International Airport to Longyang Road. Between start and end points only six minutes will be needed. The run of the magnetic suspension railways takes the shape of 'S'. It will be build up in two years, which means that there will be one ultra-high-speed railway with the speed of over 500 kilometers per hour appearing in this international metropolis of Shanghai.
