The decision has been made according to the authorization of the second stipulation of (Order No. 58 of Shanghai People's Government). The Administrative Committee of Pudong New Area has studied and decided to make the following adjustments towards the bounds of Lujiazui Finance and Trade Centre.

The bounds of Lujiazui Finance and Trade Centre are as follows:

1. The public areas: In the east are Taidong Road, Jimo Road and Pudong South Road. The bank of the Huangpu River lies in the west. In the south are located Dongchang Road and Pudong Avenue (from Pudong South Road to the highway section of Jimo Road), while the bank of the Huangpu River and Cangyi Road lie in the north (westwards to the extension section).
2. The public areas: The Century Boulevard (from Pudong South Road to Jinxiu Road Section) and the programmed areas on its both sides.
3. The public areas: The Century Square area (Minsheng Road from the east, Zhangjiabang to the west, Jinxiu Road from the south and Yanggao Road to the north).
