Ingredients: 500g chicken breast, 150g ham, pork fat, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, dried mushrooms (xianggu), shredded celery, crab ovum, eggs, oil, refined salt, gourmet powder, pepper, water chestnut powder, sugar.
Recipe:
- Shred the chicken breast, ham, carrots, water chestnuts, onions, xianggu and celery. Coat the shredded chicken breast with a paste. Add some water in the egg white and make egg white sheets.
- Make the paste-coated chicken breast cross the oil in the wok. Saut¨¦ the shredded ham, water chestnuts and pork fat in the oil. Add other shredded ingredients and saut¨¦ them till well done.
