Ingredients: 150g flatfish, 25g shrimp meat, Japanese moss, egg sheet, bean curd sheet, cucumber, carrot, egg, breadcrumb, refined salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, oil, pepper, mustard, 1 spoon of salad sauce
Recipe:
- Grind the flatfish meat and shrimp meat and mix them up. Add pepper, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, gourmet powder and egg white to the mixture. Shape the carrot and cucumber like two chopsticks.
- Spread the egg sheet and moss on the bean curd sheet. Cover with the mixture of flatfish meat and shrimp meat and put the carrot and the cucumber in the center. Make a roll and coat it with breadcrumb. Steam till done.
