Ingredients: 250g deer's leg meat (artificial), 200g coriander stalks, garlic shreds, red pepper shreds, salt, gourmet powder, juice of ginger and chive, soda ash, egg, water chestnut powder, oil, pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce
Recipe:
- Slice the deer leg meat into thin pieces and add salt, gourmet powder, juice of ginger and chive, soda ash, egg white, water chestnut powder, oyster sauce and sugar. Stir to mix them up. Add some oil. Knife coriander stalks into pieces 3 cm long.
- Make the deer leg meat cross the warm oil till done. Drain off oil in a perforated ladle. Leave little oil in the wok and saut¨¦ garlic shreds till fragrant. Have a strong fire. Put in coriander stalk pieces and stir quickly. When stir and saut¨¦, add salt, gourmet powder and deer leg meat. Saut¨¦ them briefly. Pour on little vinegar and sesame oil. Remove and serve.
