Beef & Mutton Dishes--Quick-Fried Tripe Strips

Ingredients: 300g tripe, coriander stalks, garlic slices, scallion pieces, refined salt, gourmet powder, rice vinegar, sesame oil

Recipe:

  1. Clean the tripe and knife them into strips 4cm long and 0.5cm wide. Cut the coriander stalks and scallions into pieces 4cm long.
  2. Add water in a wok and bring to a boil. Put in the tripe and have a quick-boil. Remove and drain off water. Saut¨¦ the coriander stalks, garlic pieces, and scallion pieces over a strong fire till fragrant. Put in the tripe. Add salt, gourmet powder and rice wine. Stir-fry quickly. Finally pour on the sesame oil. Remove and serve.
