Recipe:

1. Knife the beef into slices and coat them with the mixture of salt, soy, sugar, oyster sauce, gourmet power, soda, water chestnut powder and egg. Then surface them with breadcrumb.
2. Fry the beef slices in heated oil till they look golden. Remove and serve.
