Frozen Broiler
Specification: Fresh in quality, free from bloodstains,
plump in meatm tender in texture and delicious in taste, without
feathers, head, feet and intestines; but with wings, lungs and
kidneys. The heart, liver, gizzard and neck are put into the cavity
of the abdomen, after being washed and wrapped in polythene.

Super Grade : Each one weighing 1400-1600g.
Special Grade : Each one weighing 1200-1400g.
Grade L: Each one weighing 1000-1200g.
Grade M: Each one weighing 800-1000g.
Grade S: Each one weighing 600-800g.
Packing:Packed in cartons of 20kg net, each in a polythene
bag.
Frozen Duck
Specification: Whole and neat in appearance, plumpy in
meat, tendes in texture, delicious in taste, well-frozen and without
bloodstains. Without feathers, intestines and gall, but with head,
wings, feet, lung, liver, heart, gizzard and kidneys.
Grade 1: Each one weighing 1700-2000g net.
Grade 2: Each one weighing 1500-1700g net.
Grade 3: Each one weighing 1300-1500g net.
Packing:Each one wrapped in a polythene bag, 6 to a carton.
