Located in the Zhongyuan Residential Area, Zhongyuan Emporium (tentatively designated),lies to the north of Mingxing Road and the east of Baotou Road. It borders the Wujiaochang Commercial Center. It enjoys an advantageous position because it is easily accessible and there are many closely concentrated businesses around it.

The emporium occupies a total site area of 12,000 square meters, half of which are used in the construction of the building. It consists of three three-storeyed buildings with a total floor space of 15,000 square meters. It is decorated with a combination of glass screen wall and superior outerwall bricks. It also has a perfect color matching. The whole building seems grand and magnificent. Within this complex, there is a court of 830 square meters. To the east of the building there is a parking lot where 35 cars can be parked. Meanwhile,the whole complex is surrounded by a lot of green space. There are separate lanes for cars and pedestrians as well. Automatic staircase, fire protection system and central air-conditioning system help to create a shopping environment full of modern flavor. Zhongyuan Emporium will undoubtedly be a great attraction to the 300,000 regular inhabitants in the Zhongyuan neighborhood.
