Situated in the street corner of Zhongyuan Road and Nengjiang Road, the Shopping Center of the Zhongyuan Neighborhood stands in the center of the super Zhongyuan Residential Area. It borders the Wujiaochang Commercial Center. The whole construction consists of a hotel and a commercial building.

The total floor space is 15,000 square meters. There are 5 storeys and it is 23.8 meters high. The central hall and the indoor walking street (commodity house) are located on the ground floor . The three floors from the second floor to the fourth floor are designed to function as a comprehensive shopping mall where one can buy foodstuff, clothes and commodities for daily use. A multi-functional entertainment hall is put on the fifth floor. Equipped with central air-conditioning system, automatic staircases and other modern facilities used in the service sector, this shopping center is an ideal shopping place for the inhabitants in the neighborhood.

Connected with the shopping center physically, the hotel is installed with central air-conditioning system, imported elevators and automatic fire- protection spray system according to the requirements of a one-star hotel. It also leaves room for the future renovation into a two-star hotel. This 15-storeyed hotel is 58 meters high, occupying a total floor space of 12,000 square meters. The entrance hall, the commercial center, the dining-hall, the bar and the recreational hall and other auxiliary rooms(including the outdoor parking lot) are on the floors from the first floor to the fifth one. From the sixth to the fitfteen floor there are 150 guest rooms(including 300 beds), among which 10 are apartments. The outside decoration of the hotel is completed with top-grade face bricks and aluminium alloy windows and doors of superior quality,whose color matches harmoniously with that of the commercial building. Surrounded by green spaces, the shopping center boasts of a comfortable and serene environment.
