The Supply and Marketing Cooperative of YangPu District of Shanghai was founded on the basis of four company in Yangpu District(the former Material-Retrieving Company ,Fruits & Groceries Company, Local Produce Company and WuJiaoChang Comprehensive Trading Company) on March 18,1989. on December 24,1992,it formed a closely knitted enterprise group--the yangpu shanghai Yangpu Supplies General Corporation on December 24,1992. Now it own 24 large-size and middle-size enterprise (eg.companies, factories,shops), over 200 indenpendent accounting enterprises and over 360 natural commercial outlets At the number of its staff amouts to 6,000 or so. |
The Supple and Marketing Cooperative of YangPu District has built a multi-functional commerical buliding--New East Asia Commercial City ,which is now for lease and for sell.Moreover,the cooperative is preparing a piece of land to build another multi-functional commercial building---Zheng Tong Commercial Building.
