Jin Jiang Roast Duct




INGREDIENTS

1 crammed duck about 2.25kg, 12 thin wheat cakes, sweet wheat sauce, maltose, scallions

RECIPE

  1. Kill and depilate the duck, soak it in seasonings then gash it in the side to remove its intestines, after cleaning, hook it up and coat it with maltose.
