INGREDIENTS
1500g crab ovum, 3 eggs, chives, salt, rice wine, prickly ash, water chestnut powder, red and green chilis
RECIPE
- Clean the crab ovum and chop it into pieces, mix them up with salt, egg whites, rice wine, water chestnut powder, then saute them for 3 minutes in warm oil and take them out. When the oil is heated further, saute them in the frying pot once more.
- Saute the chive shreds, prickly ash, red and green chilis well-done, then put in the crab ovum and mix them up, finally place them in a dish.
