Saute Vegetables In Wax Gourd




INGREDIENTS

1 wax gourd, bamboo shoot, carrot, dried mushrooms, straw mushrooms, mushrooms, cherries, bean curd, tomato, green cabbage hearts, salt, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder, chive oil, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. Peel the gourd and knife it into rings with serrated sides, pickle them with salt, gourmet powder for half an hour, then steam them in a food steamer to be done. Slice the bean curd and saute them until they look golden.
