Baked Whelks With Cream




INGREDIENTS

10 whelk shells, whelk meat, good fresh scallops, good shrimp meat, each 100g, diced onion, diced carrot, green soybeans, flour, butter, Shaoxing wine, oil, gourmet powder, salt, all in suitable amounts, delicious soup, 100g fresh cream

RECIPE

  1. Dice the whelk meat, fresh scallops, shrimp meat and so on.
  2. Scald the carrot and green soybeans in boiling water.
  3. Scald the shrimp, scallops, whelk meat in hot oil and take them out of the pot. Fry the onion with the oil left in the pot and add the delicious soup and seasonings, fry the shrimp, scallops, whelk meat, carrot, green soybeans and fresh cream to be done, then distribute and put them in the 10 whelk shells.
