150g shrimps, 1 egg white, 50g milk, green vegetable juice, fine salt, gourmet powder, sugar and water chestnut powder

RECIPE

1. After decorticating the shrimps, clean them and coat them with the green vegetable juice.
2. Mix the egg white, milk and water chestnut powder, then pour the mixture in a heated frying pot to make white slices and take them out. Put bits of milk, salt, gourmet powder, sugar in the pot and then fry them together with the white slices.
3. After frying the shrimps, put them on the fried white slices.
