Large Dish of Eel, Chicken, Pig, Beef




INGREDIENTS

300g eels, 200g deep-fried seafood rolls, 350g suckling pig, 300g beef fillets, grained chicken, chicken essence, mashed garlic, grained chili, fruit dices, salad sauce, waffle sheets, pork sauce, beef gravy, salt, pricky ash, starch

RECIPE

  1. Remove the bones of the eels, slice the meat, mix them up with salt, chicken essence, mashed garlic, grained chili, starch, fry them until they look golden, put in roast prickly ash and salt.
  2. Braise the grained chicken to be done, mix them up with fruit dices and salad sauce, roll them up in the waffle sheets, saute the rolls until the sheets become crispy.
  3. Remove the major bones of the suckling pig, pickle it in salt, sugar, chicken essence, pork sauce, scald the pig skin in boiling water, bake it in an oven for 20 minutes until the skin look golden.
  4. Remove the sinew of the beef fillets, knife them into round pieces, pat them flat with a knife, then saute them, mix them up with beef gravy, finally place them in a dish.
