Roast, Steamed & Saute Beef




INGREDIENTS

500g stringy beef of cattle's hind upper leg, sugar, salt, prickly ash, Shaoxing wine, spice, gourmet powder, fermented glutinous rice gravy, sesame oil, chives, ginger, done vegetable oil

RECIPE

  1. Remove the surface and sinews of the beef, cut off its corners, then slice the beef. Spread the beef slices, put in salt, roll them up. After they become scarlet, bake them in an oven for 10 minutes, then take them out.
  2. Saute the beef slices in warm done vegetable oil in a frying pot over a strong fire, when they are done, take them out.
  3. Saute the salt, sugar, spice, prickly ash, fermented glutious rice gravy, chives and ginger, put in beef slices, mix them up with the seasonings, stir-fry them, then put in gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine. After taking them out of the pot, let them cool down, finally, pour some sesame oil on them.
