Chicken Grains & Ham Shreds Wrapped In Egg Sheets




INGREDIENTS

500g chicken meat grains, 200g shrimp meat grains, 200g water chestnut grains, 100g dried mushroom grains, 100g lard grains, 100g bamboo shoot grains, 100g radish grains, dried shrimp grains, 20 duck egg whites, done ham shreds, chive shreds, celery stalks, salt, gourmet powder, fish gravy, rice wine, water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. Cook 300g oil, put in the grains of the chicken meat, shrimp meat, water chestnut, lard, bamboo shoot, dried mushroom, radish, dried shrimp to saute them, then add salt, gourmet powder, rice wine fish gravy, chive shreds, delicious soup to make paste.
  2. Make the duck egg whites into 40 round sheets with diameter of 12 cm. Scald the celery stalks in boiling water, when they are cool, segment them into thinner ones.
  3. Put the done ingredients in the egg sheets, wrap them up with the egg sheets, then tie them up with celry stalk segments, steam them in a food steamer for 5 minutes, then pour thin paste and sprinkle done ham shreds on, finally, place them in a dish.
