Steamed Wax Gourd Rolls




INGREDIENTS

25g Jinhua ham, 25g chicken meat, 25g dried mushrooms, 200g wax gourd, 2 eggs, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, chives, water chestnut powder, rice wine, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. Stir the egg white and yolk with salt, make it into egg sheets 7.5cm long and 4.5cm wide.
  2. Slice the wax gourd into pieces 7.5cm long and 4.5cm wide, scald them in boiling water and then submerse them in cold water.
  3. Shred the ham, chicken meat and dried mushrooms, add the seasonings.
  4. Put each wax gourd slice on each egg sheet, roll up the shreds of the ham, chicken meat and dried mushrooms in the wax gourd slice and egg sheet, then put the rolls in a dish, add salt and rice wine, steam them for 10 minutes.
  5. Make paste with the water chestnut powder and the delicious soup, pour the paste on the rolls.
