Tokyo Chafing Dish




INGREDIENTS

500g deep sea fish slices, 500g shellfishes, 250g Taiwan shrimps, 200g chicken & fish mousse, 500g vegetables (bean curd, noodles made of mung beans, dried mushroom shreds, bamboo shoot shreds), sea clams, Japanese hot seasoning sauce, fermented bean curd gravy, soy, salad sauce, tomato, lemon, carrot

RECIPE

  1. Slice the tomato, lemon, carrot, boil each of them in the chafing dish.
  2. Place the fish slices, shellfish slices, chicken & fish mosse, Taiwan shrimps, sea clams, vegetables respectively in dishes.
  3. Get ready 4 dishes of seasonings: hot sauce, fermented bean curd gravy, soy and salad sauce.
