INGREDIENTS

RECIPE

  1. Make the shrimps into mousse, roll the mousse and the leek sprouts in the bean curd shreets, saute the rolls until they look golden, then fry them to be done and place them in a dish.

  3. Slice the pork ribs, pickle them in soda, salt, sugar, gourmet powder, then fry them to be done and place them in the dish, pour jingdu sauce (prepared from ox tail soup, tomato sauce, beef steak soup, Worcestershire sauce, gourmet powder, salt and sugar) on the ribs.
