Braised Black Carp




INGREDIENTS

1 black carp about 1500g, 2egg white, 50g celery 50g ham corianders, chives, ginger, vinegar, Shaoxing wine, pepper, gourmet powder salt, watered starch, delicious soup, salad oil

RECIPE

  1. Clean the black carp, remove the head, tail and bone. Shred ham, scald celery in boiling water and shred it.
  2. Saute chives and ginger with little oil, put in wine and water to braise, then half of the black carp, when it is done, place it in a dish, skin it.
  3. Braise the delicious soup, gourmet powder, salt, pepper, vinegar to boiling, then put in the watered starch to make paste. Pour the stirred egg whites and salad oil, mix them up, take them out, pour them on the black carp, sprinkle ham shreds, celery shred in the dish, circle the dish with corianders.
