Ying Bin Cold Dish




INGREDIENTS

1 canned abalone about 80g,100g beef leg pickled in soy. 100g vegetarian crab meat, 1 cucumber, 200g Hami melon, 100g bacon, 100g chicken breast braised without soy

RECIPE

  1. Slice the abalone, beef leg, vegetarian crab meat, bacon chicken breast into thin pieces 7cm long and 3cm wide, place them in the side of a large dish in order.
  2. Sculpt squash into small pagoda, bridge, boat, pavilion and so on, then soak watercress in water to soften it, after melting it by cooking, put in blue pigment, when it is cool, place it in the centre of the dish. After refrigerating it to be frozen, put the small pagoda, bridge, boat, pavilion in the dish to form a spring landscape of a garden.
