INGREDIENTS
2 ducks, 1 egg, 250g pig leaf lard, 500g cream, 150g Italian sausage, pistachios, salt, pepper
RECIPE
- Put the pig leaf lard slices in a ceramic jar, then refrigerate it in a refrigerator.
- Remove the ducks' bones, saute the breasts, mince other meat, mix them with the egg, put in salt, pepper, then the cream and pistachios.
- Slice the left pig leaf lard and Italian sausage.
- Put the duck mincemeat in the jar, then the sliced pig leaf lard, then the duck breasts, then the Italian sausage slices, finally cover them with a piece of pig leaf lard. Bake them in an over at 150F for 40 minutes, then cool them down, slice them and place them in a dish.
