Baked Duck Meat




INGREDIENTS

2 ducks, 1 egg, 250g pig leaf lard, 500g cream, 150g Italian sausage, pistachios, salt, pepper

RECIPE

  1. Put the pig leaf lard slices in a ceramic jar, then refrigerate it in a refrigerator.
  2. Remove the ducks' bones, saute the breasts, mince other meat, mix them with the egg, put in salt, pepper, then the cream and pistachios.
  3. Slice the left pig leaf lard and Italian sausage.
  4. Put the duck mincemeat in the jar, then the sliced pig leaf lard, then the duck breasts, then the Italian sausage slices, finally cover them with a piece of pig leaf lard. Bake them in an over at 150F for 40 minutes, then cool them down, slice them and place them in a dish.
