Fried Mandarin Fish Rolls with Banana Pieces




INGREDIENTS

1 big mandarin fish, 500g bananas, 1 egg, salt, juice of chive and ginger, rice wine, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, water chestnut powder, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. Skin the mandarin fish, slice it into 24 pieces.
  2. Peel the bananas, slice them into 24 pieces.
  3. Put the mandarin fish slices in the juice of chive and ginger, rice wine to be pickled, then coat the fish slices with stirred egg white and yolk, roll the banana pieces in the fish slices, pat water chestnut powder on the rolls, then fry them with very hot oil until they look golden take out and drain off oil.
  4. Heat little oil in the frying pot, put in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, delicious soup to braise for a while, then put in the watered water chestnut powder to make paste, finally, place the paste in a dish as seasoning.
