Three-colour Prawns Shaped Like Goldfish




INGREDIENTS

12 prawns, 200g shrimp mousse 200g shrimp slices, salt, sugar, gourmet powder, rice wine, tomato sauce, 2 egg whites, black moss, water chestnut powder, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. Remove the heads of prawns, cut each into the middle section and tail section, shell the tail section and retain the tail, make a cut in the back and spread it as the body of the glodfish.
  2. Mix up the shrimp mousse, salt, gourmet powder, egg whites, water chestnut powder, then coat the goldfish body with the mixture, put on black moss, shape it like a goldfish, steam all of them in a food steamer to be done.
  3. Fry the middle sections with oil, put in rice wine, delicious soup, salt, gourmet powder, tomato sauce, sugar, after braising them to be done, place them in a dish, forming a circle.
  4. Mix up the shrimp slices with salt, gourmet powder, egg whites, water chestnut powder, fry the mixture in warm oil to be done, then take out and put it in the circle.
  5. Place the steamed goldfish around the prawn sections.
