a mandarin fish about 1000g, 30g Chinese wolfberries, a green pepper, an egg white, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, rice wine, water chestnut powder, sesame oil, chives, ginger, delicious soup
RECIPE
- After cleaning the mandarin fish, remove the bone, grain the meat, add the salt, gourmet powder, pepper, egg white and watered water chestnut powder.
- Saute the grained fish meat with warm oil, take them out of the frying pot with a holed ladle when they are done.
