Braised Black Carp Slices




INGREDIENTS

1 living black carp, half a balsam apple, half a tomato, 5 mushrooms, light soy, gourmet powder, sugar, rice wine, pepper, mashed garlic, sesame oil, starch

RECIPE

  1. Kill the black carp, remove bones and skin it, slice it into pieces about 7 cm long, then boil them to be done.
  2. Slice the balsam apple, tomato, mushrooms, scald them in boiling water for a moment, then mix them up with the black carp slices.
  3. Pour hot sesame oil on the mashed garlic, then put in light soy, gourmet powder, sugar, rice wine, pepper and starch to make paste.
  4. Put the paste on the black carp slices and place them in a dish.
