1 living black carp, half a balsam apple, half a tomato, 5 mushrooms, light soy, gourmet powder, sugar, rice wine, pepper, mashed garlic, sesame oil, starch
RECIPE
- Kill the black carp, remove bones and skin it, slice it into pieces about 7 cm long, then boil them to be done.
- Slice the balsam apple, tomato, mushrooms, scald them in boiling water for a moment, then mix them up with the black carp slices.
- Pour hot sesame oil on the mashed garlic, then put in light soy, gourmet powder, sugar, rice wine, pepper and starch to make paste.
- Put the paste on the black carp slices and place them in a dish.
