Fried Pork Fillets Put On Heated Iron Plate




INGREDIENTS

250g pork fillets, an egg, 50g onion, Shaoxing wine, soy, Zhuhou sauce, broad bean sauce, OK sauce, spice, honey, sesame oil, mashed garlic, salt and water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. Slice the pork into pieces 1 cm thick and pat them into thinner ones, then submerse them in the mixture of egg yolk, soy, Zhuhou sauce, broad bean sauce, OK sauce, spice, honey, water chestnut powder for 3 hours.
  2. Fry the pork fillets until they look yellow.
  3. Heat the iron plate with fire, put the salt, mashed garlic and shredded onion on the plate, and then place the fried pork fillets on the plate, finally pour the Shaoxing wine and sesame oil on the fillets.
