Saute Beef & Chicken Breast




INGREDIENTS

400g beef, 100g chicken breast, 100g Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, gourmet powder, sugar, soy, rice wine, soda, coriander, water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. Chop the beef into mousse, put in the seasonings and the stirred egg white and yolk, water chestnut powder, little soda, mix them up.
  2. Slice the chicken breast, coat them with the paste made from the stirred egg, salt, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder.
  3. Make the beef mousse into small round cakes, knead the chicken into balls, put them on the beef cakes.
