Seamed beef leg slices
INGREDIENTS
200-250g beef leg, little edible nitre, salt, gormet powder, prickly ash, chives, ginger
RECIPE
Clean the beef leg, remove sinew then coat it with edible nitre, salt, gourmet powder, prickly ash, chives, ginger to pickle for 1-2 days.
Steam the pickled beef in a food steamer for 3 hours, after cooling down, slice it and place the slices in a dish.
