INGREDIENTS
300 shrimp meat, 150 squids, 50 crab, 50g bread crumbs, 10 cherries, half a cucumber, salt, gourmet powder,
pepper, rice wine, chives, ginger, water chestnut powder
RECIPE
- Mince the shrimp meat, add chive juice, ginger juice, rice wine, pepper, salt, gourmet powder, delicious
soup and water chestnut powder, then mix them up.
- Saute the ginger shreds and crab meat in a frying pot, add the rice wine, gourmet powder, salt, a bit of watered
water chestnut powder to make paste, then sprinkle shredded chives in it.
- Make the shrimp mincemeat into balls, stuff them with crab meat, coat them with the bread crumbs, then saute
them to be done and place them in a dish.
- Expand the squids in water, knife them into goldfish shape, saute them in warm oil to be done, then take them
out with a holed ladle to drop oil. Fry the chives and ginger with some oil left in the pan, delicious soup, rice
wine, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, then the squids, turn them several times, put in the watered water chestnut
powder to make paste, take them out and place them round the dish.
