Steamed cuttlefish with shrimp mousse




INGREDIENTS

5 green peppers, 250g shrimp mousse, 300g cuttlefish, salt, gourmet powder, wine, pepper, water chestnut powder, little of celery and fruit of Chinese wolfberry

RECIPE

  1. Shape the green peppers into 10 frogs, put in the shrimp mousse, cuttlefish and celery, then grain them.
  2. Steam the green peppers in a food steamer for about 5 minutes.
