1 white tender duck, ham dices, dried mushrooms, lotus seeds, bamboo shoot dices, dried scallops, sea
cucumbers, duck gizzard dices, pork dices, fresh lotus leaf, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, chives, ginger,
sorghum wine, sesame oil, salad oil, cypress buds, delicious soup
RECIPE
- Pickle the depilated duck in salt, gourmet powder, chives, ginger, sorghum wine for half an hour.
- Scald the sea cucumber dices in boiling water, steam the dried scallops, lotus seeds to be done.
