Braised scallops & wax gourd balls




INGREDIENTS

50g water-expanded dried scallops, 1000g wax gourd, salt, gourmet powder, sugar, shredded ginger, watered starch, delicious soup

RECIPE

  1. Knife the wax gourd into small balls, then scald them in boiling water.
  2. After frying the shredded ginger with oil, add the delicious soup, wax gourd balls and scallops to braise for a while, then add salt, sugar and gourmet powder, finally pour the watered starch in the pan to make paste.
