Steamed eel shreds pile




INGREDIENTS

250g eels, satay, hot seasoning, ginger shreds, green pepper shreds, garlic segments, chives, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, Shaoxing wine

RECIPE

  1. Shred the eels into pieces 10 cm long, put in salt, gourmet powder, pepper, Shaoxing wine to season them.
