Seasoned eel slices




INGREDIENTS

2000g small eels, mashed garlic, soy, pepper, salt, gourmet powder, chicken soup

RECIPE

  1. Scald the eels to be done, slice them, take the meaty part.
  2. Mix the soy, chicken soup, salt, gourmet powder into a seasoning gravy.
  3. Boil the eel slices in a pot to be done, drain off water, place them in a dish and pour the seasoning gravy on them, then the oil made from the mashed garlic and edible oil, sprinkle the pepper on them.
