2000g small eels, mashed garlic, soy, pepper, salt, gourmet powder, chicken soup
RECIPE
- Scald the eels to be done, slice them, take the meaty part.
- Mix the soy, chicken soup, salt, gourmet powder into a seasoning gravy.
- Boil the eel slices in a pot to be done, drain off water, place them in a dish and pour the seasoning gravy on
them, then the oil made from the mashed garlic and edible oil, sprinkle the pepper on them.
