In this fair, show rooms will be provided for participants from overseas and different provinces and cities in China to show their quality clothing materials, various grades of garments and new achievements in the clothing industry. Also in the fair, producers and distributorts of garments will provide consumers with a variety of novel quality fashions for their choice.



The fair is designed to occupy a total area of 14,293 m2, of which 5,000m2 is for overseas participants and 9,0002 for Chinese participants, respectively 200 and 400 display lots. Up to June,1996, the 14,293 m2 of display area has been fully booked, of which 160 display lots have been booked by companies from France, the U.S., Italy, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Finland, and Hongkong. And 200 display lots have been booked by companies in Shanghai and 150 by companies from other provinces and cities.

At the same time, a trade liason office has been set up to ensure that the total turnover in the fair will exceed 1 billion RMB yuan.
